Formbricks is an open-source survey and experience-management platform built for product and customer research. Alongside classic link and email surveys it can drop targeted in-app and website surveys into your product, so you can ask users for feedback at the moment it is relevant instead of emailing them days later. The whole stack is self-hostable.

Platform & Requirements

Self-hosted Node.js/Next.js application with PostgreSQL; Docker Compose setup is provided. A managed cloud option is also available from the vendor.

Licence

Open source — the core is licensed AGPL-3.0, with the JavaScript, Android, iOS and API packages under MIT. A commercial licence is available for enterprise features and for those who cannot comply with the AGPL.
