Fider is an open-source feedback portal: your users post ideas, everyone votes on them, and you publish what is planned, in progress and shipped. It replaces the scatter of forum threads and support tickets that feature requests usually end up in with a single public board you control — and, unlike hosted feedback SaaS, you can run it yourself so the conversation stays on your infrastructure.
Feedback only counts if people can see it being acted on. Fider makes the loop public and legible, and because it is AGPL-licensed and self-hostable you are not handing your roadmap or your users’ data to a third party. It is lightweight enough to run on the same server as the product it serves.
Self-hosted Go web application with PostgreSQL; an official Docker image and Compose recipe are provided. A paid managed hosting option is also offered by the project.
Open source — GNU Affero General Public License v3.0.
